Our contract with you is month to month allowing you maximum flexibility. Because you have the freedom to choose who will process transactions on your ATMs, it is in the best interest of ATM Express to provide you with the best service possible.

Most (if not all) of our competitors would require you to make a long term commitment on processing of 5 years on every terminal you activate with them. Imagine if you were in an agreement like this and the service was unacceptable; You would be stuck with no way out for 5 years.

We answer the phone
If you call during our main business hours (8:30 - 7:30 Eastern Time) a real, live person will answer the phone. An after-hours live answering service will answer all other calls, enabling 24-hour tech support.

No fees
We have no hidden fees or surprise charges of any kind. Most of our competitors will pass along charges from disputed transactions (up to $50 per occurrence); many will have monthly statement fees, charges for changing accounts, charges for changing locations, and charges for "enhanced monitoring". You will never have any of these expenses with ATM Express, Inc.

Free stickers
VISA, MasterCard, and other networks require that various stickers be placed on every ATM. ATM Express, Inc. provides these stickers to our distributors at no charge.

Real tech support
ATM Express provides phone based technical assistance using our excellent staff of 7 certified technicians from 8:00AM- 8:30PM Eastern Time. After hours support is also available.

Free ATM monitoring
ATM Express provides a secure website with up-to-the-second cash balance and transaction information available online. You can see how much money is in each of your ATMs from any computer. With authorized permission, we can create a unique login for each of your customers desiring monitoring capabilities.

Monday settlement
Funds from weekend transactions will be in your account on Monday morning, not Tuesday like most processors.

Placement leasing
ATM Express has competitive placement leasing available, allowing an additional avenue for growth and opportunity in ATM placement.
